How dental health affect our body

Dental care is very important for overall health of our body.
If you are ignoring your oral health, then you can get yourself into trouble in the future.
There are lots of bacteria in our mouth. Daily brushing and flossing keeps the growth of bacteria under control.When we stop taking care of the teeth, bacteria start multiplying inside our mouth and combine with sugar to form acids. These acids attacks tooth causing various type of infection e.g. cavities, gum disease, tooth decay, gum bleading etc

Some problems related with poor dental health care include :-
• heart attack
• Endocarditis
• Pneumonia
• Arthritis
• Lung and respiratory disease
• Can affect pregnancy
• some other auto-immune disease

Diabetes :-
Periodontitis ( inflammation of gums ) is a oral disease in which the gums swell and form gap between the gums and teeth. These gaps can quickly become infected. 
The body of someone who has periodontitis does not absorb insulin medicine properly. 
due to which sugar level begin to increase in blood.
for this reason it is very important that diabetic patients maintain good dental health.

Heart attack :-
When you don't brush and floss your teeth daily it leads to build up of plaque. This can increase your risk for heart attack.
Cholesterol is not only thing that block arteries.
Researchers found that bacteria in plaque can block arteries which may lead to heart attack.
